We consider that the protection of your privacy is very important. This is why we have adjusted our privacy policy to comply with the new GDPR regulations. We may collect information about your payment, such as your credit card number, the amount to be paid, any outstanding invoices, payment terms (Visa, American Express, Master Card, Diners, cash).

Professional information

If a company makes a reservation for you, or if you want to charge your booking to a company, we collect a business number, company name, and address.

Information you give yourself

We collect information that you give us, such as the comments you give or post on our hotel, certain preferences such as the desired floor, smoking or no smoking, ...

We do not collect information about people under 18 years old. Nor do we consciously collect sensitive information such as data on race, ethnicity, political opinion, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, health, or sexual orientation.

4. Why are these data stored

Services

In order to respond to your inquiries and questions, we will use your information to provide the services you request, such as your hotel reservation request, or to return an item you have left in your hotel room. In other words, to fulfill our obligations to our customers.

As a controller, we work together with different processors. For example, we work with several OTAs, a partner for our PMS system, channel manager and booking engine, a partner for our digital marketing, our webmaster and an accountant. Local authorities:

We may be required to send your data to local authorities if required by law, or as part of an investigation and in accordance with local regulations.

6. How long is the data stored

All data cited in this privacy statement will be retained for as long as necessary or relevant to the practices described.

7. How do we collect your data

We get your data in different ways.

By yourself

When you make an online reservation, for example, we collect the data you enter. Even if you contact us by phone, e-mail or physically at the reception to make a reservation or request information, we will retain the details you provide us. If you have breakfast during your stay, have something to drink at the bar or grab something from the minibar in your room. If you have a request, a complaint or a problem.

Via third parties
